Please join us on Saturday, June 8, 2019 as we celebrate the close of the 2018/19 Haute Couture season. This year, we will be lunching at the historic Fortnightly Club of Chicago. Upon completion in 1892, the gracious home became the private residence of the Lathrop family. In 1922, the home was sold to The Fortnightly Club of Chicago. Since that time, The Fortnightly Club has been active in historic preservation. The home was designated as a landmark by the city of Chicago in 1973, and was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. .
Please plan to arrive at 11:30 and enjoy visiting with your fellow Haute Couture friends. Lunch will begin promptly at 12:00 noon. Immediately following the luncheon, we will induct the new board, and be treated to a program on the recent Dior exhibit at the Denver Museum of Art. Truly a festive end to a wonderful year.
