Part 2a:
The workshop continues in person on September 27th with one-on-one sessions with Janet in the morning at Wendy Grossman’s apartment to confirm all is well or to trouble shoot any issues you have come across.
Part 2b:
At 1:00 p.m. we will gather at Sew Anastasia, located at 2041 West Caroll Avenue #209D where final adjustments can be made to the muslins and then applied to the pattern. No need to bring your machine, Anastasia has enough machines for everyone in the class, four pressing stations and plenty of table space. The last step of the pattern making will be to complete your master pattern. Janet will demonstrate how to use this pattern to create any style of pants. She will also show you how to use your pant sloper in conjunction with a commercial pattern, keeping all the style and design elements but creating the proper fit before cutting out the project.
